Justice has finally been served to a pastor who raped 14-year-old girl despite her mother’s efforts to prevent the arrest.

The incident which took place in October 2021 was reported at the Agbado area of Ogun state by the mother who said that while she was absent from her home, her daughter had been raped by the pastor.

The pastor identified as Israel Adebayo, is the general overseer of the Beloved Chapel located at Agbado, had reportedly lured the little girl into his room and raped her.
Being that the incident had occurred almost year ago, the man should have been arrested but according to the statement by the Ogun state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Oyeyemi Abimbola, the mother had tried to prevent the arrest by frustrating the efforts all because she didn’t want to offend the Pastor.
The mother only allowed the police to interfere because her daughter hadn’t stopped bleeding since she was raped by the pastor.
