Barcelona manager Xavi has issued Ousmane Dembele an ultimatum to either sign a new contract or leave the club.

Dembele’s Contract with Barça would run out this summer, and Xavi claims renewal talks with the winger are taking too long.
“We cannot wait any longer,” said Xavi.
“Either the player renews or we look for an exit for the player – there is no other possibility,”
“We are in a complicated situation and we have been very clear with Ousmane.”
Reports say Barça has been in talks with Dembele’s team for 5 months now, and a renewal is still not assured, as the winger continues to hold out.
Dembele joined Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund in 2017 on a £96.8m transfer deal.
Recently, there have been rumors of the Frenchman leaving Barça for other teams like Manchester United, Newcastle and Liverpool.
Xavi further said “He wants to stay but it has not been agreed”
“It’s a shame. He has played every possible minute since I have been coach.”
