Manchester City’s Riyad Mahrez and Aymeric Laporte have tested positive for coronavirus but according to reports are not showing symptoms yet.

The players are currently in self isolation which is mandatory according to Premier league and UK protocols for coronavirus cases.
City has released a statement saying “Everyone at the club wishes Riyad and Aymeric a speedy recovery ahead of their return to training and the new season.”
Mahrez took to his Twitter page to respond to messages of support from City fans saying “Thank you for all the nice messages, I’m good. Stay safe everyone take care of you.”
Laporte also responded to well wishers, thanking them their messages, he also said “everything is going as well as possible, I am following the protocol for the next few days and I will be back soon, take care of yourself”
