She, through a friend, anonymously reached out to Twitter user Wizarab, seeking guidance on whether she has any recourse to file a complaint and potentially secure a refund of her hard-earned money.
The lady’s heartbreaking message reads: “My friend paid N500k for rent two months ago. She never knew the landlord had the intention of selling the house. Now, he has sold everything and relocated abroad after collecting N500k.”
