EX Football Association(FA) chairman Greg Clarke, has stepped down as vice-president of Fifa.
Clarke had earlier resigned from his position as the Chairman of the FA on Tuesday after using an offensive language to describe black players.
After resigning at the FA, Greg Clarke had planned to continue in his position as Uefa’s representative on the Fifa Council, but has now resigned from the position.
Clarke was elected as the vice-president of football’s world governing body in February 2019 and with his position now void, Uefa will have to appoint an interim replacement who would attend Fifa’s next meeting before naming a full-time replacement in March.
