She recounted, “I gave birth to my children at 20 – a baby girl, followed by another girl, and two boys. Unfortunately, I lost my sons. One died suddenly after birth, and the other passed away after completing university.”

Her determination to expand her family and fill the void left by her sons led her to explore the possibility of In vitro fertilisation (IVF), despite her husband’s financial concerns.

The revelation left the mother elated. “After carrying out more scans, the doctors informed me that two of the eggs had been fertilized.
