A grown and yet to be identified man has been arrested for raping a 9-years-old boy in Ajah, Lagos.

The incident which had taken place in the home of the man, was reported by the young boy to his parents.

The boy narrated how the man had pleaded with him to pack firewood in his house and later asked to touch parts of his body. A couple of minutes later, he took off the boy’s clothes and raped.
The suspect was apprehended by neighbors after the boy told his parents what had happened.
He was then handed over to the police while the boy was taken to the hospital for medical attention.
