Manchester United has secured a spot in the 5th round of the FA Cup, courtesy of Bruno Fernandes’ excellent 78th-minute free-kick, which placed United ahead of Liverpool and eventually won them them match.

Despite losing the match, Liverpool did put up a strong fight against Manchester United. Mohamed Salah led Liverpool’s attack, and scored both goals for his team. However, Jurgen Klopp’s team fell to the same bad luck that has been trailing them for some time now and lost the match.
Fans who saw the match would however have no complaints about the display, as both teams put in lots of effort and gave viewers a far better entertainment than they did in their previous clash in the Premier League.
Following their victory over the Red’s, United would now be looking forward to their home meeting with West Ham. While Liverpool continue to struggle with their poor form, as they now have just 1 win from 7 games, and they would be hoping to turn things around when they face Mourinho’s Tottenham on Thursday.
